NexPrene® HTPV 9045D is a proprietary thermoplastic vulcanizate. The rubber phase is based on acrylate terpolymer elastomer, whereas, the thermoplastic phase is based on polyether-ester block copolymer. KEY FEATURES: Ideal for creep from -60 o C to 170 o C High flex fatigue resistance Excellent resiliency Easy to color Shock and noise isolation Connector and fastener with integral hinges and springs Shock vibration absorption Superior heat and chemical/oil resistance over traditional TPES products, such as Santoprene, SEBS and Hytrel. HB Flame rating KEY APPLICATIONS: Product intended for injection molding and extrusion processing, and under the hood applications such as gaskets, grommets, seals, plugs where high heat and oil resistance is required.
