Tips for purging with ASACLEAN E Grade: E Grade is ideal for residue-sensitive applications due to its low-residue formulation. It can be used in conjunction with other grades, as a chaser, whenever low residue is crucial Applications: Color Changes Material Changes Hot Runner Cleaning Shutdown/Sealing Clear/Low Residue Applications Low Temperature Resins Processing temperature: 320 to 530°F (160 to 270°C) Tips when using ASACLEAN: ASACLEAN does not work by chemical reaction. No soak time or hold-up time is required for an effective purge For maximum performance, ASACLEAN should not be diluted with other materials. ASACLEAN works best with maximum agitation.
