It is available for extrusion and injection moulding applications in a hardness range from Shore A = 80 to Shore A = 30. Standard grades can be supplied as natural granules. Customized coloured versions are available upon request. Lucopren displays excellent flexibility and elasticity. It can be converted into products with an excellent touch and good rebound resilience. In multi-layer composites Lucopren products demonstrate superior adhesion to polyolefins. Moreover, Lucopren can be easily coloured by using standard colour masterbatches with a Polyolefin carrier resin. It is primarily used for the extrusion, calendering and extrusion blow molding of very soft film and sheet. Softell CA 02 A exhibits outstanding low stiffness, excellent low hardness and very good impact resistance. Softell CA 02 A shows high compatibility to fillers and flame retardant additives as well as to other polyolefins. The grade is available in natural pellet form.
