The powder form of this resin is designated KYNAR FLEX® 2851-00. KYNAR FLEX® 2850-00 has been specifically designed for use in wire and cable constructions which require an Underwriters Laboratories temperature of 150°C. It is close in physical performance to KYNAR® PVDF homopolymer grades, but has a higher flexibility. KYNAR FLEX® 2850-00 is also used in chemical applications as extruded sheet and pipe liners.
