Extir does not contain CFC or HCFC. Extir EH 2000 is used for very fast cycle production of shape mouldings with thin sections and medium to very high density. This grade is also characterised by very short maturing time, even at very high density, excellent processability, good fusion, good surface finishing and very good dimensional stability. Extir EH 2000 is a very fast cycling grade used for production of moulded items with thin sections (usually less than 8 mm) and also of skin moulded articles. Finished products exhibit high fusion, high resistance to impact / mechanical stress, and an outstanding dimensional stability. Extir EH 2000 is suitable for the production of food packaging and for food contact applications.
