Lim9071 ET TP 3915液体硅橡胶是一种双组分液体注射成型材料，可与各种基材（包括金属和许多工程塑料）进行无底漆粘合，使其成为嵌件成型应用的理想材料。LIM9071 ET TP 3915液态硅橡胶设计用于1:1的配合比，并在150°C-190°C的成型温度下快速固化，形成高撕裂强度半透明硅弹性体。主要特点和优点：对许多基材的无底漆粘合。脱模后立即实现最大粘合。高温稳定性优异，低温下稳定性和柔韧性优异。优异的老化性能和耐候性。良好的机械性能。由于半透明的颜色，易于着色。潜在应用：LIM907。1 ET TP 3915特别适用于零件制造，其中工程塑料和弹性材料需要在一个过度成型或共成型过程中结合，如密封元件、汽车连接器、膜减震元件等。 LIM®9071 ET TP 3915 liquid silicone rubber is a 2-component liquid injection moulding material which offers primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates including metals and many engineering plastics, making it an ideal material for insert moulding applications. LIM®9071 ET TP 3915 liquid silicone rubber is designed to be used in a 1:1 mix ratio and cures rapidly at moulding temperatures of 150°C - 190°C to a high tear strength, translucent silicone elastomer.
