The concentrate incorporates our high performance JJAZZ® intumescent flame retardant system. PolyFR®201 utilizes a prime 20 melt LLDPE as its binder resin for ease of processing andincorporating into a variety of polyethylene resins in final compounding and molding applications. It is recommended at loading levels from 35-50% depending on the resin systems, material thickness, equipment, formulation additives and final flame retardancy requirements.
