When cured with 4,4'-Methylene-Bis[2-Chloroaniline], this member of the VIBRATHANE family produces high quality vulcanizates in the 97 Shore A hardness range. These tough, high resilience elastomers are characterized by: Excellent dynamic properties Good abrasion resistance. Low compression set Good hydrolytic stability. Suitable for use with non-MBCA diamines curatives Typical applications for these high performance elastomers are wheels, linings, and wear resistant coatings. |
ADIPRENE L 167聚氨酯橡胶是一系列液态聚氨酯聚合物之一，通过异氰酸酯基团与多胺或多元醇化合物的反应，可固化成强的、有弹性的固体。当用MBCA固化剂固化时，Adiprene L 167在95A硬度范围内生成硫化胶。其他固化体系可获得较低的硬度值和特殊性能。固化的阿迪普林L 167具有较高的拉伸强度和弹性，在低温下具有优异的性能。它能抵抗磨损、压缩变形、油、溶剂、氧化和臭氧。ADIPRENE L 167可以铸造或喷涂，以生产各种模制品和保护性和装饰性涂层。 ADIPRENE® L 167 urethane rubber is one of a series of liquid urethane polymers which can be cured to a strong, rubbery solid by reaction of the isocyanate groups with polyamine or polyol compounds. When cured with MBCA curing agent, ADIPRENE L 167 yields vulcanizates in the 95A durometer hardness range. Lower hardness values and special properties can be obtained with other curing systems. Cured ADIPRENE L 167 has high tensile strength and resilience and excellent properties at low temperatures. It is resistant to abrasion, compression set, oils, solvents, oxidation and ozone. ADIPRENE L 167 can be cast or sprayed to produce a variety of molded goods and protective and decorative coatings. |
