The product is used for the core of the coextruded film structure with a low seal temperature random copolymer (Jampilen terpolymers) in the outside layers. Jampilen HP528H has been designed to provide a very stable extrusion on stenter lines and to render excellent thickness control, increased drawability and readiness to a two way orientation. The product contains a reinforced processing stabilization and a package of slip and antistatic agents but does not contain antiblocking agents. BOPP films produced with Jampilen HP528? feature good mechanical properties, high impact strength and puncture resistance, even at low temperatures. The films form an excellent barrier against moisture, odours, oils, fats and oxygen and feature high transparency, high gloss and good printability after corona treatment. Jampilen HP528H is suitable for food contact. Jampilen HP520H contains a reinforced processing stabilization but does not contain any slip or antiblocking agents. BOPP films produced with this grade feature good mechanical properties, even at low temperatures, excellent barrier against moisture, odours, oils, fats and oxygen and high transparency, high gloss and good printability after corona treatment. Monolayer films made of Jampilen HP520H are used for food packaging, textiles packaging, flower wrappings and adhesive tapes. Jampilen HP520H is suitable for food contact.
