PP523P is suitable for metallizable film, both as monolayer and in coextruded structures. Films produced using PP 523P will exhibit: Consistent processability Very good film profile Excellent optical properties High tensile properties Low residual ash Film produced can be metalized Typical Applications PP 523P can be used as core layer in co-extruded film and/or as base material for plain films used for stationary, dry food bags, synthetic paper and heat sealable packaging films. Jampilen HP527J provides reliable and consistent processing on BOPP stenter lines, rendering films having high transparency and gloss with a good balance of film properties. Besides the general purpose formulation of additives, this grade contains antistatic, antiblock and slip agents which will best contribute to its final processability and properties. The BOPP films obtained from this grade can be used for high quality packaging and laminates.Jampilen HP527J is suitable for food contact.
