Applications Daplen MD250SY is intended for: Automotive exterior applications Automotive under the bonnet parts Other automotive parts	填充聚丙烯化合物是通过将聚丙烯与细填料（即云母、粉笔、滑石、玻璃）混合而制成的。添加抗氧化剂、润滑剂、加工助剂和干燥剂等添加剂，以改善长期的热加工性能。直接使用或用所需等级的聚丙烯稀释的化合物在最终产品中显示出良好的可溶性和良好的性能平衡。化合物中的填充物具有某些对最终产品至关重要的重要特性。修改如下。 Filled Polypropylene compounds are manufactured by compounding Polypropylene with fine fillers (i.e. mica, chalk, talc, glass). Additives like antioxidants, lubricant, processing aid and desiccant are added to improve long term thermal and processability. The compounds used directly or diluted with desired grades of polypropylenes show good dispensability and excellent balance of properties in the ultimate product. The fillers in the compound incorporates certain important properties those are essential for ultimate product. The modification are as below.
