Typical applications include articles for the home, sports and general use, lids and injection molded parts of large flat area. The features presented are good processability, flexibility, high flow and clarity, low deformation and may be in contact with food. The product form is in pellets. The material complies with FDA regulation title 21.CFR177.1520 (. C) 2.2. LDI-4023 features very good processability over a wide range of molding conditions, good clarity, excellent flexibility, and high surface appearance of molded articles. LDI-4023 applications include housewares, lids, closures, overcaps, medical parts, and general purpose molded articles. Recommended processing temperature is170 to 220°C., with mold at 20 to 40°C.. LDI-4023 complies with FDR regulation 21CFR 177.1520 (c) 2.2 and most international regulations concerning the use of Polyethylene in contact with food articles.
