牌号简介	OREVAC T 9304是由乙烯、醋酸乙烯和马来酸酐经高压自由基聚合而成的无规三元共聚物。作为一种乙烯共聚物，OREVAC T 9304在所有比例上都与聚乙烯相容，并且与大多数其他乙烯共聚物相容。醋酸乙烯酯具有柔软性、柔韧性和极性，顺丁烯二酸酐具有反应性，对极性和非极性基材具有多种粘合性能。由于在管式反应器中进行高压聚合，OREVAC T 9304具有高透明度（低雾度）。应用OREVAC T 9304与大多数增粘树脂和蜡兼容，可用于热熔胶配方。OREVAC T 9304还适用于生产PA、PET和PU薄膜、铝箔、纤维垫、泡沫等固体基材的热粘合膜。OREVAC T 9304还可以作为吹塑薄膜共挤中聚乙烯和聚酰胺之间的连接层。 OREVAC® T 9304 is a random terpolymer of ethylene, vinyl acetate and maleic anhydride made by high-pressure radicalar polymerization process. As an ethylene copolymer, OREVAC® T 9304 is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most other ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility and polarity, maleic anhydride gives reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non polar substrates. As a result of high-pressure polymerisation in tubular reactor, OREVAC® T 9304 exhibits high transparency (low haze). Applications OREVAC® T 9304 is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used for hot melt adhesives formulations. OREVAC® T 9304 is also suitable to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET & PU films, aluminium foils, fiber mats, foams... OREVAC® T 9304 can also be used as a tie layer between polyethylene and polyamide in blown film coextrusion. The high Vinyl Acetate content of EVATANE® 28-05 brings softness, flexibility and polarity. EVATANE® 28-05 is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and is an efficient and easy handling product for hot melt adhesives formulations. EVATANE® 28-05 delivers high cohesive strength with most fillers and may be used to produce masterbatches, HFFR compounds and foams. EVATANE® 28-05 is also suitable for film (cast or blown) extrusion, and exhibits good adhesion onto PE, PS and polyesters.
