Its electrical and mechanical properties are not dependent on atmospheric conditions however, they depend on the type and level of dilution of the resin used and the processing conditions. Unlike standard conductive compounds, which have very limited dilution potential, CABELEC XS6324B conductive concentrate has the potential to be diluted with a high quantity of natural resin. This allows users of CABELEC XS6324B conductive concentrate to benefit from the versatility of this concentrate and from the enhanced physical properties due to higher levels of dilution resin. Applications CABELEC XS6324B conductive concentrate can reduce the hazards of electrostatic discharge in applications such as polypropylene based conductive slit tape, polypropylene Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs), and other extrusion and molding applications. It's designed for use in manufacturing of cast and blown PE film where the end product requires slip and anti-block characteristics. The slip additive migrates to the film surface relatively slowly, thus reducing potential problems during sealing and printing. Due to its specialized anti-block it has almost no effect on haze and gloss. It shouldn't be used in cling film formulation. Application POYAD SB231 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the film thickness (the thicker film needs less addition level), cooling condition, application and existence of other additives it can be used from 0.8 to 2%. It should be stored in a dry and cool place not to exceed 6 month.
