| 牌号简介 | Dutral Ter 7040是一种乙烯-丙烯-二烯聚合物，在意大利的法拉利生产厂使用改进的Ziegler-Natta催化剂进行悬浮聚合生产。在生产过程中添加了一种不染色的抗氧化剂。Dutral弹性体的主要特点是具有优异的抗老化和耐候性、良好的耐高温和低温性、较低的永久设定值、良好的耐大量化学品性。Dutral Ter 7040是一种中高二烯含量的高分子量三元共聚物。具有装载量大、配料在搅拌过程中易分散、尺寸稳定性好、低温弹性好等特点，中高含量的ENB保证了快速固化。Dutral Ter 7040可用于挤压应用，主要用于需要高机械性能和低温性能的地方。主要应用：建筑、汽车紧凑型钢、机械产品。 Dutral® TER 7040 is an Ethylene - Propylene - Diene polymer produced by suspension polymerisation using an improved Ziegler-Natta Catalyst at the Ferrara production facility in Italy. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Key Features Dutral® elastomers are characterized by excellent resistance to ageing and weathering, good resistance to both high and low temperatures, low permanent set values, good resistance to a large number of chemicals. Dutral® TER 7040 is a high molecular weight terpolymer of medium-high diene content. It is characterized by high loading capacity, easier dispersion of ingredients during mixing, good dimensional stability and low temperature elasticity; the medium-high ENB content ensure a fast curing.
