60GER01是一种低分子量悬浮型聚氯乙烯树脂,适用于吹塑和压延。特别推荐用于瓶子的BM/SBM和片材的压延。低分子量与高熔体流动的结合使其适用于压延、吹塑和注塑制品的加工。它具有低鱼眼和低暗树脂计数,使其适合透明应用。该树脂颗粒粗度均匀,易于散装,润滑油的最佳要求和在桶内的助熔剂更加均匀。 60GER01 is a low molecular weight suspension type PVC resin suitable for blow moulding and calendering applications. It is specially recommended for BM / SBM of bottles and calendering of sheets. Its combination of low molecular weight with high melt flow makes it suitable for easy processing of calendered, blow moulded and injection moulded items. It has a low fish eye and low dark resin count which makes it suitable for transparent applications. Uniform coarseness of the grains of this resin results in easy bulk handling, optimum requirement of lubricant and more uniform fluxing in the barrel. |
