| Styropek BF产品可用于各种应用，包括建筑用砌块、面板、隔热和隔音材料以及一般包装。另外的应用包括ICF（“绝缘混凝土形式”）、薄壁定制成型、消失泡和其他一般保护性包装。改性可膨胀聚苯乙烯（EPS）/不易燃/阻燃/自动灭火，含约5.5-6.4 wt%戊烷作为发泡剂。所有产品均以球形珠的形式提供，体积密度约为40 lb/ft³（640 kg/m³）。施泰洛普高炉产品与加工过程中添加的多种抗静电剂、矿物油、着色剂等添加剂相容。Styropek BF产品不含氯氟碳化合物和氢氟碳化合物。预期使用的是块状成型应用，低和中密度，壁厚>12厘米，具有良好的融合和再研磨添加。 Styropek® BF products can be used in a wide variety of applications including blocks for construction, panels, thermal and acoustical insulation, and general packaging. Additional applications include ICF's ("insulated concrete forms"), thin walled custom molding, lost foam and other general protective packaging. Modified expandable polystyrene (EPS) / non-flammable / antiflame / auto-extinguishable that containing approximately 5.5 to 6.4 wt% pentane as blowing agent. All products are supplied as spherical beads with a bulk density of approximately 40 lb/ft³ (640 kg/m³). Styropek® BF products are compatible with many anti-stat, mineral oil, color additives and other additives added during processing. Styropek® BF products do not contain chlorofluorocarbons and hydrofluorocarbons compounds. Intended uses Block molding applications, low and mid-range densities, thickness of wall >12 cm, with excellent fusion and regrind addition. |
