It works by coating the internal surface of the extruder and die and thereby reduces the friction between the polymer and the metal. This leads to reduce or eliminate melt fracture, improved surface quality, clarity, gloss and reduced extruder head pressure which often allows higher output rates and/or reduces power consumption. It can also be used to reduce die build up. POYAD PA211 typical application are film, sheet and pipe extrusion as well as blow molding. It's suitable for use in a wide range of plastics that come into contact food. For more details please contact us. Application POYAD PA211 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. For maximum efficiency, it is advisable to pre-condition the extruder by using a high initial dosing level of up to 15% and should be continued for 10 to 15 minutes until melt fracture is eliminate. The following continuous addition level can then be 1-2%. Some additives such as anti-block and some pigments affect its efficiency. |

2018-06-29 从连云港市政府网获悉,6月19日,连云港市开发区与江苏澳盛复合材料科技有限公司举行项目签约仪式。据悉,江苏澳盛复合材料科技有限公司将投资10亿元建设碳纤维复合材料及配套材料产业基地。 该项目将分三期建设:首期计划于今年8月开始,建设6万吨高性能树脂和1万吨高性能复合材料项目;二期将建设4万吨环氧树脂、5万吨聚氨酯树脂、碳纤维预浸料生产线和多尼尔碳纤维编织项目;三期将建设200万平方米碳纤维编织布、500万平方米碳纤维多轴向布、500万平方米碳纤维预浸料、700万米碳纤维拉挤 |
