橡机行业结构性牛市凸显 搜料网资讯:今年上半年,我国橡胶机械行业完全走出新冠肺炎疫情影响,销售收入、出口创汇、利润均大幅度增长,主要经济指标全线飘红。行业集中度提高,订单向行业龙头企业倾斜趋势明显,头部企业销售额大幅增长,结构性牛市特征更加凸显。 业内人士认为,目前橡胶机械行业多数企业尤其是龙头企业订单饱满,特别是随着国外疫情好转,下半年出口创汇将进一步向好。整体来看,预计今年橡胶机械行业将继续保持结构性牛市,但受钢材等原材料价格上涨影响,盈利能力仍不乐观。 销售收入大幅增长 据中国化工装备协会橡胶机械专业委员会(简称橡机专委会)统计,上半年,全国20家主要橡胶机械企业销售额36.87亿元,同比增长45.1%,以此推算我国橡胶机械行业今年上半年总销售额达到53.5亿元,同比增长45.1%。 橡机专委会认为,销售收入大幅增长的主要原因是今年上半年橡胶机械企业普遍产销两旺,行业开机率保持较高水平,而去年同期受疫情影响企业处于停工或半停工状态,生产经营极不正常。 据了解,上半年销售收入较高的企业主要有软控股份、大连橡塑机械、天津赛象科技、益阳橡塑机械、桂林橡机等;销售收入增长较多的企业有天津赛象科技、福建天华智能装备、桂林中昊、软控股份等,增长幅度均超50%。前三强的销售收入为21.5亿元,占总销售收入40.21%;前十强的销售收入为32.8亿元,占总销售收入61.32%。产业集中度增长2.6个百分点,订单继续向龙头企业倾斜。一些有影响力的大型企业订单饱和,有的已排满明年上半年;一些特色企业的产品供不应求,例如桂林中昊以裁断设备为特色,手上订单是正常年份的4~5倍,企业一直加班加点,产品仍供不应求。 整体来看,多数橡胶机械企业下半年订单已基本排满,预计今年橡胶机械行业销售收入增长幅度大概率将在20%以上。但是轮胎行业自4月后生产销售出现断崖式下跌,轮胎设备招标项目减少,下半年橡胶机械行业承接订单相应也会大幅减少,这将对明年橡胶机械行业产生不利影响。 亏损企业明显减少 据橡机专委会统计,上半年,全国20家主要橡胶机械厂利润较去年同期增长189.4%,亏损企业3家,亏损企业数及金额相比去年减少明显。 橡机专委会认为,利润大幅增长的主要原因是去年同期企业生产经营不正常,多数企业亏损,比较基数较低。另外,今年生产经营形势较好,销售额大幅提高,产品库存减少,这对提升企业利润水平有推进作用。 但今年橡胶机械行业产品的总体毛利水平仍偏低,盈利能力不强,主要原因是订单价格不高,而钢材等原材料价格上涨明显,导致成本大幅上升,产品毛利率为近年较低水平。 据了解,今年上半年,橡胶机械企业销售率很高,许多企业达100%,产品一落地就发给客户,出现久违的客户到厂催货现象。 值得关注的是,目前橡胶机械行业最大的问题是钢材等原材料价格保持高位,对行业盈利能力影响较大。但因去年利润不理想、基数低,今年利润同比较大幅度增长成定局,但下半年利润月环比则大概率呈下降趋势。 出口创汇两位数增长 据橡机专委会统计,上半年,全国20家主要橡胶机械厂出口交货值7.11亿元,同比增长48.5%,以此推算我国橡胶机械行业今年上半年总出口创汇1.25亿美元,同比增长48%。 据了解,上半年,我国橡胶机械行业总出口交货值占总销售额比例为28.5%,比上年增长12.5个百分点,出口恢复到疫情前正常水平。其中,出口交货值较高的企业有软控股份、天津赛象科技、福建天华智能装备、大连橡塑机械等,交货值在5000万元以上。 橡机专委会认为,出口增长主要原因是从去年第四季度开始,我国轮胎行业在国外尤其是东南亚启动新建和扩建项目较多,对橡胶机械需求旺盛,我国橡机企业承接了大量海外轮胎投资订单。下半年这种出口订单大多已在生产组织中,同时国外疫情进一步向好,预计今年橡胶机械行业出口创汇将保持两位数增长。 |
