Vibrathane 6060是一种基于聚己内酯的TDI端接液态聚氨酯预聚物,可通过传统的手工和机械混合技术容易加工。当用4,4’-亚甲基双(2-氯苯胺)固化时,Vibrathane家族的这一成员在60邵尔A硬度范围内生产高质量的硫化胶。这些坚韧、高弹性弹性的弹性体的特点是:低硬度、优异的耐磨性、低压缩永久变形。这种不寻常的预聚物在用MBCA固化时会产生高性能60A弹性体,从而避免了通常需要混合的策展剂或增塑剂来达到这一范围的硬度。Vibrathane 6060是为高磨损采矿应用而设计的高质量产品。它的使用寿命长,粘度低,便于大、小零件的铸造。 VIBRATHANE 6060 is a polycaprolactone based TDI terminated liquid urethane prepolymer that is readily processable by conventional hand and machine mixing techniques. When cured with 4,4'-methylene-bis(2-chloroaniline), this member of the VIBRATHANE family produces high quality vulcanizates in the 60 Shore A hardness range. These tough, high resilience elastomers are characterized by: Low hardness Excellent Abrasion Resistance Low Compression Set This unusual prepolymer yields a high performance 60A elastomer when cured with MBCA, thereby avoiding the need for mixed curatives or plasticizers which are usually required to achieve hardnesses in this range. VIBRATHANE 6060 is a high quality product designed for use in high wear mining applications. Its long pot life and low viscosity are attributes that facilitate the casting of large as well as small fabricated parts. |
