雅化集团预计2021年Q1度净利7732.4万元-8029.8万元 搜料网资讯:4月12日晚间,雅化集团披露业绩预告,预计2021年第一季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润7732.4万元-8029.8万元,同比增长1200%-1250%。 对于业绩的变动原因,雅化集团表示业绩增长主要原因是受益于国内疫情的有效控制与内循环经济的拉动,公司民爆和锂业两大主业均呈现良好发展态势。 民爆业务方面,公司前瞻思考,提前布局重点工程、重点客户,民爆业务持续健康稳定发展;锂业务方面,得益于锂行业景气度回升,公司锂盐产品销量不断提升,锂业务利润大幅度增长。 据了解,雅化集团成立于1952年,后来经企业改制、并购扩张、股份制改造,于2010年成功登陆中小板,成为四川省唯一一家上市的民爆企业。上市十年来,公司总资产从18亿增加至52亿元,营业收入从7.6亿元增加至32亿元。目前公司已形成民爆产业和锂产业双主业联动发展的态势。 其中,锂产业方面,雅化集团于2013年通过参股国理公司进军锂产业,目前拥有国理公司、兴晟锂业、雅安锂业和锂业科技四家锂产业公司。 |
