李尔3.07亿美元收购安通林座椅业务
2017-02-08 据外媒报道,为提高销量,李尔集团表示将以3.07亿美元的价格收购安通林集团的座椅业务。 作为汽车座椅和配电系统的供应商,李尔近日在发言中表示,在现金及无债务的基础上,此次收购的交易额达到了2.86亿欧元(3.07亿美元)。据悉,在通过欧洲监管机构的批准之后,此次收购预计在今年前半年完成。 座椅业务在过去五年发展迅速,包括麦格纳,安道拓和李尔在内的供应商都在争夺更多的市场份额。在无人驾驶技术不断发展且为汽车内饰带来改变的情况下,座椅技术也日渐成熟。 |
