四批出口批文下，看我国废塑料加工业何处寻归路？
2018-01-30 我国废塑禁令全面启动，美国、英国、德国和法国等国家在此环境下纷纷加紧废塑治理行动，有关法律、法规和计划相继出台。我国国内针对废塑进口实施严管严控，截至目前，已经公布四批废塑料进口批文，笔者就相关批文和数据做了一定整理和总结。 2018年第一批进口批文显示，废塑料有8家企业获权，总进口量达9335吨;第二批获权企业有4家，共计4453吨;第三批没有;第四批仅有3家，共计1270吨。 |
