| LTP ZC-1000系列树脂是基于高线性聚苯硫醚（PPS）的高性能增强材料。其特点是：具有优异的耐高温性能：在200℃下，机械强度的保持率在75%以上，即使在240℃下保持30分钟，保持率也在60%以上。超优异的耐溶剂性：已知的溶剂在200℃下不能溶解，在乙醇/汽油（1:9）、柴油、机油、苯等溶剂中浸泡约180天，表面膨胀率低至0.01微米，在沸水中浸泡168小时，体积膨胀率低至0.01微米，具有H特性。LTPZC-1000系列PPS具有高强度、低密度等特点，广泛应用于航空航天、石油化工、汽车、机械、家用电器等领域。汽车：水泵、油泵转子、打火机、后视镜、油盆、燃油管、风扇叶片、风管、消声器、电池盒、踏板、座椅骨架、盖板、挡泥板、把手等。机器：水泵、油泵、液化气泵、阀门、管件、印染机、造纸机、机车车辆、火车、食品医疗机械。家用电器：中央空调、炊具、微波炉、电磁炉、电热水器、淋浴喷头、电吹风、保温食堂、电烤箱、电烤箱等的结构及部件。 Resin of LTP ZC-1000 serials is reinforced materials with high performance based on high linear PPS. Its characteristics are as following: Outstanding resistant to elevated temperatures: the retention rate of mechanical robustness is above 75% under 200°C. Even at 240°C for 30 minutes, the retention rate is above 60%. Superexcellent resistance to solvent: It can not be dissolved by a known solvent under 200°C. Dip in solvent such as alcohol/gasoline (1: 9), diesel oil, engine oil and benzene for about 180 days, the swelling of surface is low to 0.01 µm. Dip in boiling water for 168 hours, the expansion of volume is low to 0.01 µm.For its characteristics of high strength and low density, PPS of LTPZC-1000 serials are broadly prepare parts for high temperature condition applied in many fields such as aerospace, petrochemical industry, automobile, machine, household appliances and so on. Automotive: water pump, oil pump rotor, Flame lighter, rear-view mirror, oil basin, fuel pipe, fan paddle, blast pipe, muffler, cell case, pedal, seat frame, cover sheet, fender-guard, hand grip and so forth. Machine: water pump, oil pump , liquefied gas pump, valve, pipe fitting, printing and dyeing machine, paper manufacture machine, rolling stock, train, machine for food and medical treatment. Household appliances: structure and parts for center air-conditioning, cooker, microwave-oven, electromagnetic oven, electric water heater, shower nozzle, electric hair dryer, insulated canteen , electric oven, electric dry oven and so on. |
