Silopren® Gel 6209是一种配套的易浇注、无溶剂、清澈无色的双组分有机硅凝胶。在A和B组分以1:1的混合比例混合后,在室温下通过对具有良好振动阻尼性能的粘性硅胶的加成反应来固化。热处理可显著加快固化速度。主要特点和优点方便1:1按重量Low Viscosity混合,无溶剂室温固化,机械冲击/减振性能非常软凝胶,粘到许多基板潜在应用Silopren® Gel 6209是专门开发的电子灌封应用,如混合集成电路绝缘,电源模块灌封和电缆接头封装。Silopren® Gel 6209也可用于其他应用,需要清晰、粘性的凝胶,具有良好的阻尼性能。 Silopren Gel 6209 is a kit matched easily pourable, solvent free, clear and colourless two-component silicone gel. After mixing the A and the B component at a mix ratio of 1:1 the material cures at room temperature by an addition reaction to a tacky silicone gel with excellent vibration dampening properties. The cure rate can be accelerated significantly by heat.
