| 67GEF01是一种中等分子量悬浮型聚氯乙烯树脂，适用于制造增塑挤出和成型产品。特别推荐用于电线电缆的绝缘/护套、压延、柔性薄膜、其他柔性挤压产品、注塑等。树脂中的低RVCM水平使其非常适合医疗和食品接触应用。中分子量与高气孔率的结合，使粉末混合时间短，增塑剂吸附性好，易于加工。因此，67GEF01适用于加工具有良好机械性能和高输出率的柔性产品。 67GEF01 is a medium molecular weight suspension type PVC resin suitable for manufacturing plasticised extruded as well as moulded products. It is specially recommended for insulation / sheathing of wires and cables, calendering, flexible films, other flexible extruded products, injection moulding, etc. The low RVCM level in the resin makes it ideal for medical and food contact applications. Its combination of medium molecular weight with high porosity leads to low powder mix time with good plasticiser absorption, resulting in easy processability. 67GEF01 is therefore suitable for processing of flexible products with good mechanical properties and high output rate. |
